Our clients sometimes ask about the ERP system we use to manage our clients production so we wanted to record a short video to explain the technology that helps run our business effectively.

Red House is an Enterprise Resource Planning system by New Generation Computing. This allows us to intelligently manage data from raw material, inventory control, costing, and much more. The great thing is it is a centralized system, to enable our offices in PA and Dominican Republic to keep accurate client records.

The ERP system allows us to generate reports and send to clients, such as purchase order confirmations, and production schedules.

Greco Apparel typically supplies trim items, not shell fabric. THese items we supply include interlining, fusible, poly bags, boxes, labels,…could be 50+ items in a garment. Being in a proper position to manufacture just in time for our clients.

Our clients often ask about the the Greco Apparel system for quality control so we wanted to record a short video to explain the controls we have in place to ensure our clients are delighted with their delivered garments.

Quality is all about agreements with vendors as well as clients. This includes type of fabric, stitching, packaging, interlining and more. Understanding what is the purpose of client is important to make sure they are satisfied.

The initial system is to make a pattern, then sample, so literally on same page between client and vendor. Double sample system is ideally used, which are both approved. One sample kept by client and one sample kept by Greco Apparel to ensure agreement in manufacturing process.

Receiving proper materials agreed upon, which are cut and sewn accordingly. Greco Apparel representatives are visiting factories on regular basis, to verify garment produced according to guidance that were pre-determined of acceptable quality product.
