Our clients often ask us about if Greco Apparel uses digitized and graded patterns so we wanted to record a short video to explain our experience manufacturing using digitized and graded patterns.

Digitized and graded patterns acre created using a cad cam system. Patterns are input into software system using computer screen, much like an architecture program that an architect would use. This allows pattern maker to shape and size garment. Since these files are digital, the files can be sent anywhere in world to someone who has capability to open up file.

Our clients often ask us about if Greco Apparel can help create tech packs so we wanted to record a short video to explain our experience with tech packs for over 60 years.

A Tech Pack is a set of information and instructions, which include: photo or sketch of garment, type of material and trim items used, size specifications, placement of labels and tags. Even how to fold and put garment in poly bag are included in all instructions to manufacture effectively inside the tech pack.

There are different cultures and languages even in the United States, so having visual and clear instructions help eliminate future mistakes and misunderstandings at all stages in the manufacturing process.
