Which includes overnight delivery, thanks to technology improvements. Certainly digital patterns can be sent around the world electronically in an instant, but people can easily forget that running a factory is just like other businesses.
There must capital investments, human resources, equipment capabilities, capacities measures. Thinking about our venders like our clients takes the concept of traditional vendor relationships to a whole new level.
Factories have been known once or twice to promise more than can deliver, so it is our responsibility at Greco Apparel to access that factory promises are realistic to be able to count on it for our clients.
Integrity is the basis of any relationship. Without integrity, nothing works. Doing what you say you said you would do in the timeframe agreed upon. Mistakes do happen, so be candid and honest if there is a mistake and we can work to improve next time.
