Joe believes he would have been well served if he had more technical training in sewing. Although Joe worked in pressing room, and understand sewing principles, not technical person by nature, relied on people good in that area to get jobs done effectively. Joe also Learned a lot from employees of clients.
In addition to visiting factories his life entire life, deciding as sophomore in college wanted to be in apparel business, Joe has gained lots of knowledge over the years. Joe’s father had sport coat factory in Philadelphia, and Joe also worked in sewing line as bundle boy. As small business owner doing whatever necessary is part of survival in beginning.
